Website and beta terms

Terms for an informational website and pre-release beta programme.

These conservative terms reflect the current private-development stage. They do not introduce pricing, subscriptions or commercial service commitments.

01

Website purpose

This website provides information about DMHA E-Commerce Manager, its development direction and the application-based beta programme. Product descriptions and roadmap material are informational and may change.

02

Beta applications and acceptance

Submitting a beta application does not create an account, guarantee acceptance or guarantee access by a particular date. DMHA Systems may approve, reject, remove or reinstate beta participation based on the needs and safety of the programme.

03

Pre-release software

Beta and alpha software may be incomplete, contain errors, change without notice or be unavailable. Features, integrations, documentation and data formats may change before a wider release. Participants should not depend on pre-release software as their only system of record.

04

Availability and roadmap

Website and beta availability are not guaranteed. Public Beta — Targeting November 2026 is a target, not a promised release date. Roadmap stages and planned functionality do not create a delivery obligation.

05

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security controls, submit unlawful or deceptive content, probe protected administration services, or use beta access in a way that harms DMHA Systems, other participants or third parties.

06

Intellectual property

The website, DMHA Systems branding and DMHA E-Commerce Manager materials are owned by or licensed to DMHA Systems. These terms do not transfer ownership. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

07

Feedback

If you provide product feedback, you allow DMHA Systems to consider and use that feedback to improve its products and services without creating an obligation to implement it or compensate you. This wording should receive legal review before a wider beta.

08

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the informational website and any pre-release software are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that they will be uninterrupted, error free or suitable for a particular business purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

09

Liability

Any limitation or exclusion of liability must operate only to the extent permitted by applicable law. The appropriate liability cap, exclusions and Australian Consumer Law wording require review by a qualified lawyer before commercial launch or broader external testing.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the product and beta programme develop. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
